Arrivati a Siena prendere il racc. autostradale (Superstrada Firenze-Siena) direzione Firenze. Uscire a Poggibonsi e seguire le indicazioni che consentono di prendere la s.s. n°429 per Castellina in Chianti, percorsi Km 12 sulla sinistra girare all indicazione "Romitorio di Serelle".
