| Description | A large wooded area of great historic interest forms the background of this ancient farmhouse, which has been completely renovated. The house is located not far from Siena, along the old Cassia road, near the Etruscan village of Rosia. There is a trekking zone where people who love nature and Tuscan history will enjoy relaxing walks.
Outside, the swimming-pool overlooks a panorama that includes the Romanesque parish church of Ponte allo Spino and the Tuscan landscape. The big square in front of the house gives children the possibility of playing in complete safety. The house is provided with a spacious car park.
The house: sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.
On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a bathroom and a large sitting room, all with tile floors and wooden beams. The rustic fireplace and the stone arches are an atmospheric touch to this lovely setting.
On the first floor, there are three twin rooms and a double room, all furnished with period furniture, plus two bathrooms.
The house is provided with independent heating.
Payment rules:
- deposit of 20% upon confirmation, by bank transfer
- balance upon arrival, paid in cash
