| Description | On the estate it is possible to find the most characteristic of Tuscan scenery: olive groves and vineyards surround our villas and apartments and it is also possible to enjoy magnificent walks in the ancient oak and holm oak woods leading down to the lake where roe deer and fallow deer love to linger. If one walks into the floor of the valley there are creeks and small waterfalls formed by the streams that feed into the property.
In the main villa, a former convent dating from the twelfth century, there is a breakfast room where pre-booked breakfasts are served, based on milk, coffee, cappuccino, fruit juice, cheese and sliced cold meats, brioches, pastries and other cakes. If the guests prefer, breakfast can also be served directly to their room, where they can enjoy perfect privacy.

An independent villa for exclusive residence, swimming pool shared with the apartments. On the ground floor kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. In the tower on the first floor a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The apartments are all served by a sizeable swimming pool 8mt x 16mt. For our guests we are also able to offer many optional extra services for their stay: breakfast (pre-ordered) served in either the breakfast room or in the individual room, daily delivery of fresh fruit, vegetables and fresh bread, possibility of delivering first courses and cold dishes (e.g. meats, rice salad etc.), restaurant and grocery shops within 1 km, possibility of having thermal spa treatments at the local thermal spa, delivery of daily newspapers in the language of your choice, Internet connection at the reception.

| How to reach us | Along the A1 Highway, take the exit FIRENZE-SCANDICCI; continue driving on the freeway superstrada towards PISA-LIVORNO. Take the second exit to EMPOLI, following the sign to CASTELFIORENTINO and then of GAMBASSI TERME. When you arrive at Gambassi Terme follow the sign of to VOLTERRA e after 1 kilometres, you will find on the left-hand side the OSTERIA PIZZERIA LA MONTAGNOLA. In front of the restaurant there is a parking and you have to follow the road inside the parking.
